01 Who we are

This policy is for Iron Tusk Insurance Group, LLC (“Iron Tusk,” “we,” “us”), an independent insurance agency. National Producer Number #22311194. We are licensed in AL, AZ, AR, CO, ID, LA, MS, MT, NC, NM, SC, TN, UT, WV, WY. Public contact: IronTuskGroup.com and brady@irontuskgroup.com.

This website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer of insurance in any state where Iron Tusk is not licensed. Products and availability vary by state.

02 Information we collect

We collect information you give us when you request a quote, book a conversation, upload documents, or email us. That can include name, phone, email, state of residence, date of birth, health and lifestyle information needed to shop coverage, beneficiary details, and documents you choose to send.

We also collect ordinary website log data (browser type, pages viewed, approximate location, IP address) and information from cookies as described below. When Go High Level forms, calendars, or document upload, or a Back9 quote tool, are embedded, those vendors collect information under their own notices as well as ours.

03 How we use it

We use personal information to respond to requests, shop and place insurance, service policies, meet carrier and regulatory requirements, prevent fraud, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information for money. We may use information to contact you about coverage you asked about.

04 How we share it

Insurance is a regulated handoff. We share what is needed with insurance companies, general agencies, underwriters, and service vendors (including customer-relationship tools such as Go High Level, quoting tools such as Back9 once embedded, email and hosting providers, and professional advisors). We share when the law requires it or to protect people from fraud or harm.

Federal law allows financial companies to share information in some everyday business ways that you cannot limit. Other sharing for joint marketing or affiliates, if we ever add it, would be described here before it starts. We do not share SMS opt-in data with affiliates or nonaffiliates for their marketing.

05 Text and email

If you opt in to text messages, frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to text is not a condition of buying insurance. Email us at brady@irontuskgroup.com to be removed from marketing email. Service messages about a request you made may still be sent.

06 Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools for site function, traffic measurement, and (when forms are live) to complete a quote or booking. You can block cookies in your browser. The site may not remember a half-finished request if you do.

07 Your choices

You may ask us for access to or correction of the contact information we keep, subject to insurance-record rules. Some states give additional privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right the law gives you. We are not currently licensed in California; if that changes, we will update this notice.

To protect your information we use ordinary administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No website or email is perfectly secure. Do not send full Social Security numbers in an unprompted email.
